Yes. Bygnicon Building Contracting L.L.C. (M2) holds Trade Licence 1398226 issued by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism under DED activity code 4100002 (Building Contracting) plus 17 specialist sub-trade activities. We are DEQ-registered as a Company (75061) and our engineer is DEQ-accredited for G+1 Building and G+4 Consulting (114406108). We work routinely inside Burj Khalifa-tier towers, Emaar communities, Damac developments, Nakheel projects, DLD-registered properties and OA-governed buildings throughout Dubai.

What types of projects does M2 deliver?

Ultra-luxury turnkey fit-out and full renovation across four project profiles: villas (Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills Estate, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Bay Island, District One, Al Barari, Tilal Al Ghaf), penthouses and apartments (Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Address and Vida Residences, Burj Vista), shell-and-core conversions for new units, and selective heritage-respectful renovations. The team is 40+ professionals — 9 degree-qualified engineers, 4 DEQ-accredited, 2 certified fire wardens, 6 multi-trade chargehands.

Do you handle authority approvals and FM coordination?

Yes. Authority coordination across Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), DEWA, Empower, Trakhees and DLD where applicable; OA and FM coordination for tower works including move-in protocols, hoarding standards, lift bookings, working hours adherence, dust and noise control, and final close-out. The submission and approval workflow is managed internally with the engineering team — clients are not asked to chase consents.

What is the typical project size and timeline?

M2 is positioned for projects where ambition is high and the standard is non-negotiable — typical commitments range from premium apartment and penthouse fit-outs through full villa renovations. Timelines vary with scope, but the in-house single-team model removes the largest source of programme drift (handoff failures between consultants, contractors and trades). A pre-contract programme is issued before signature and tracked in the M2 Atelier™ client portal across design, procurement, build and handover.
